Young Athletes helps youth 8-15 years get fit, strong and healthy. We teach the fundamentals of movement in the gym, develop athletic ability using speed and agility drills and also provide education on nutrition and goal setting. Young athletes provides a healthy environment where they will improve their physical health and fitness, whilst also gaining skills that promote self esteem and confidence.
This is also a great learning tool for any child wanting to one day work in the fitness or sport industry and they will learn not just how to train but the why behind it.
